Tiffanie Purchased two “regular” sized Clippy Capsules as gifts for friends and was pretty disappointed to see that the original design had changed. (I had previously bought one for myself a year ago). The new design is much larger and has some sort of lanyard thing connecting it to its carabiner, making it seem a little less durable than its original design and a lot more cumbersome for carrying it on your keys, or a small bag… Not sure if there was a design change altogether or if maybe I purchased a different sized “clippy capsule” initially, but I definitely prefer the old one to the new one.
Hey there! We did update the design of the smalller clippy capsules. The old design did not have a locking mechanism so it could come unconnected and allow the contents to fall out unexpectedly. The new design locks and is actually much more durable than the original. However, if you aren't happy with it just send us a direct message and we'll figure out an exchange or refund for ya.
