YES! Nerdwax works by creating a tacky layer of friction between your glasses and your skin, so as long as your glasses touch your face and they are properly fitted then nerdwax will help keep them in place!!

Because there is less surface area with nose pads you may have to experiment with how much you apply, but don't be timid... if you apply too much you can always just wipe it off with a paper towel and start over!

We think it depends on what you're using and how you apply!

Some users have told us that they just don't apply their makeup/sunscreen where their glasses sit so as not to interfere with the nerdwax.

Nerdwax is worn off naturally by the facial oils produced by your skin... So if your skin is more oily, or you are working up a sweat nerdwax will wear off faster.

Application times can vary from 1-2hrs to a Full Day depending on how much you apply and what you are doing!

The beauty of nerdwax is that you can tailor your application to your activity. So, if you're going for a run, you can apply a thicker application.

If you're sitting down for an afternoon book with a cup of tea you can apply a thinner application!

Depending on the circumstances above... We estimate that you should get about 4-6mo out of a single tube!

Depending on how much you apply there may be a small bit of residue left over... but do not fear!

You can just wipe it off with a paper towel or tissue and you're good to go!

As most glasses owners know dirty lenses are the worst!! Keeping good quality microfiber cleaning cloths around is a must...if you get nerdwax on your lenses don't panic!

Just wash in the sink with warm soapy water and wipe off with a quality microfiber cloth... like any of the amazeballs ones we sell here on this site! 😉

No... that's absurd. Soup is hot. It's more like a cold wet grain bowl.

TLDR: Nope

Anti-Fog products work by creating an invisible hydrophobic coating on the applied surface. Our Magic Drops are designed to remove contaminants from the surface of your lenses. So adding Magic Drops to your FogBlock is like salting Superman’s fries with kryptonite… probably not going to kill him but he’s gonna wanna call an Uber back to the apartment.

Nerdwax Magic Drops are Magic but even Magic has limits... like time travel which causes warping of the space/time continuum and that's bad... you can't go making your mother fall in love with you because then you will cease to exist... duh.

What were we talking about? Scratches? Yeah Magic Drops don't fix scratches but they do help them to be less noticeable by removing any dust or oils that build up in them over time.

This is a complex one. If you're a Photog with expensive glass you know a scratch or ding is a nightmare. So your best bet is to avoid rubbing anything on your lens... keep them covered and only use airbursts to clean.

But what if you get oils or finger prints from getting up close and personal on that baby shoot? Well then yes Magic Drops and any of our Microfiber cloths will be awesome at removing!

Just make sure to take care of your cloth and clean regularly. You don't want a random piece of debris to collect in your cloth and then rub that bad boy all over your glass... no bueno!

It's super simple! Just breathe on your lenses then wipe away the fog with your FogBlock cloth. Repeat this process until your breath no longer fogs your lenses.

The Nerdwax Secret Sauce is our incredible Anti-Fog Solution that comes in a little dropper bottle. To apply you need a good quality microfiber cloth.

The Nerdwax FogBlock is a microfiber cloth with the Secret Sauce embedded into it. So you don't have to go carrying around drops AND a cloth.

Although you don't have to use them together if you use a drop of the secret sauce to activate your FogBlock you'll get even better results and your FogBlock will last even longer!

Absolutely it is! Both FogBlock and Secret Sauce were formulated specifically for use with all common optical coatings.

If you're using Secret Sauce be sure to only apply with a High Quality Microfiber cloth. Using a substandard cloth or T-shirt can ruin coatings.

*We've had reports from many users that FogBlock does not play well with Crizal coatings.

Each FogBlock application will typically last all day depending on conditions. When the application starts to wear off just reapply.

Each cloth will last about 300 applications.

We don't suggest this because Anti-Fog solutions work by creating a little invisible coating on the surface of the glass this can cause lens distortion on cameras.

It's super simple. Just wash in the sink with warm soapy water and let airdry.

Washing in your machine will allow the Microfiber to pick up contaminants like oils from your cloths and particles from dryer sheets.

Microfiber cloths are essential to keeping your lenses clean and scratch free.

Microfiber cloth is woven super duper tight which allows it to pull oils and debris inside the cloth and away from the surface of the lens.

Not only do you get a much cleaner surface but you also get a safer longer lasting clean.
