Alex G ...and I don't recommend anyone else does either. I've attempted to use the Magic Drops and clean microfiber cloths several times to clean my glasses. There are still smears everywhere after each use. I tried using ordinary facial tissues as well, and had the same result. The drops are thick and viscous, and tough to remove from the lens. I find the classics of distilled water or rubbing alcohol much quicker and more effective.
Hi there - Sorry to hear this! Have you checked out our application tips section on the website? It's possible you may actually be using too much liquid and it's not getting absorbed by the cleaning cloth. If it's just not working for you though, let us know and we can work out an exchange or refund.

Victoria Great product. Cleans really well one drop goes a long way.

RT Maybe I'm doing something wrong but the product seems to smear on my glasses. Only after several passes with my microfiber cloth does it come clean.
