I had purchased the product. It didn't work for me. They were quick to give tips via email but it just didn't work for me at all. He fully refunded the order.
I still recommend them as the customer service was top notch and their cloths are excellent. The wax just didn't work well for me, for others I'm sure it's great. I don't get irritated by stuff easily and it made my nose itch too. But other people have no problem so definitely go for it.
