I ordered the Magic Cleaning Kit. Upon receipt, I noticed the smaller bottle of cleaner was missing. I notified customer service. They responded quickly and immediately resolved the issue. I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend the product as well as the company itself.
The microfiber cloth has developed yellow and black spots. I have only used the included drops and the cloth
It sounds like the microfiber cloth may have been exposed to moisture or stored in a damp place, which can cause discoloration like yellow or black. We will get a replacemnet pouch sent out to you ASAP! We recommend letting the cloth dry and store it in a well-ventilated area going forward.
I like the cleaner but the wax wore off really quickly!
I have wearing glasses since I was 2 ½ years old (MANY years ago). In all those years, this is the best eyeglass cleaner that I have ever used. It was named correctly! It is TRULY magical! My glasses haven't been this clean since I picked them up from the optometrist! Please never go out of business as from now on I have no wish to use any other product to clean my glasses!!
