The pouch and capsule were too big and I wanted to make a return I have contacted via email several times about this and every email was ignored. But to make an order I have no problems. In all honesty just because the customer service has failed to succeed within basic standards, I cannot in good faith recommend these products to anyone. You have to at least respond to emails in a timely manner. It as if I was robbed of my money, because I am stuck with products that are outside the return window. It is unfortunate and I have never experienced this before. I will have to take this up appropriate channels to insure this problem is dealt with. I cannot get an answer from customer support.

This is so handy and I was able clip it on to my keychain. I just love it!
