Hi there - Sorry to hear this! Have you checked out our application tips section on the website? It's possible you may actually be using too much liquid and it's not getting absorbed by the cleaning cloth. If it's just not working for you though, let us know and we can work out an exchange or refund.

Suzi Kaplan Olmsted These are without question the best glasses cleaning goop, ever, and I’m 100% convinced that some kind of alchemical wizards created them. Plus, my interactions with the company elves has been so extraordinary that I actually posted an unsolicited rave review of their products and company on my FB page. I have too many glasses cleaning clothes to justify buying one of the junkies, especially since they’re all so fantastic looking, though I might break down and get the “secretly nerdy” Fibonacci cloth, if I can’t overcome my acquisitive longing for them.
