Rebecca Zyzak They clean okay but leave behind a film that has to be wiped away with a second cloth and is hard to remove.

It's possible you may actually be using too much liquid and it's not getting absorbed by the cleaning cloth. If it's just not working for you though, let us know and we can work out an exchange or refund.
