H. F. Merritt Ordered several items from Nerdwax in the third week of November, expecting to receive them by end of month so I could add them to a package of Christmas gifts I’m sending overseas. The package from the company never arrived; when I inquired last week as to where it was, they claimed it was “lost in the mail” and said they would forward me a replacement shipment… which (as of today (Dec. 9th) apparently (as per USPS tracking) STILL hasn’t made it to their local P.O. Getting the distinct sense that this company is fly-by-night/a scam. Should I ever receive my order (which of course is far too delayed to add to my overseas mailing), it will be my last with this firm. Exhibiting very poor customer service, responsiveness, and apparent logistical issues.

Eric Bergh My wife and I are really impressed with how well the Jinkies perform in cleaning both eyeglasses and laptop screens! WAY better than the little microfiber cloths that come with new glasses! Not only do they clean, but the surfaces STAY clean now for days! Awesome. Really enjoy their “Book” patterns too!
