Customer Never even received the products I purchased, No credit offered, nothing to make up for the inconvenience of missing the deadline for a gift or the many weeks of waiting, for nothing. VERY disappointing.
Hi Holly - We already communicated with you that we had sent out a replacement back on Nov 18. When we asked if you would prefer a refund we received no response. Upon checking the tracking of the replacement order it looks like it was marked as delivered on Nov. 23.
