Customer service was quick when the original package got lost in the mail and got it to me in less than a week! At Christmas! Don’t wait to contact them if it looks like your is stuck somewhere. The cloths are well worth it- definitely made a great opening experience. The Christmas Carol is one of my favorites and it is extra big with quotes from the story as well. Love it!
