1. How does it work?

Nerdwax actually works by creating a layer of friction between your glasses and your skin.

With that being said, it's really important that you wear glasses that have been properly fitted. You need to make sure that they're touching the bridge of your nose and that they are resting against your head behind your ears. If they're not doing that, then nothing you're going to do is going to help your glasses stay on your face.

Except for maybe duct tape… Duct tape would probably work really well. But if you're like me and have an oily face or you are sweating, it's like #glassesproblems all day long.

2. Is it going to make my face break out?

I actually formulated Nerdwax with your skin in mind.

I use only all natural, cosmetic grade ingredients. So, not only is it great for keeping your glasses in place, it's also great for your skin, too.

3. What if I'm like at Coachella and I'm getting super sweaty and it's really hot outside. Is Nerdwax going to work then, too?

That is actually why I created it!

I actually came up with the idea for Nerdwax when I was a touring audio engineer. We used to do all kinds of shows outside in the summer when it was really hot. I'd get super sweaty and I would look down and my glasses would literally fall off of my face. It was kind of gross. It took me a while to get the formula right where I wanted it, where it's the perfect balance of being tacky enough to hold up in the hot weather, but also not so tacky that it's going to make a mess on your glasses.

So… how long will a tube of Nerdwax actually last? That really depends on two factors.

1. How much you apply

2. What you're doing

If you're going to be sitting at your desk all day, you’ll want to apply a small amount. But then if you're at Coachella, you'll to apply a thicker amount.

But that's the beautiful part. Now, you are the one in control and no longer a slave to your spectacles.

Personally, I apply a pretty generous amount in the morning. That lasts me all day long and at the end of the day, I can wipe off anything that's left with a paper towel, and be good for a fresh coat the next morning.
I would say you get about 6-8 months of use out of a single tube of Nerdwax.
